This is on gains such as interest, royalties, equipment rental, dividends or other capital income such as shares, but there is an exception. If the gains come from low tax zones (better known as tax-havens), the rate becomes 35%.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List of territories considered &#8220;Tax-Havens&#8221;<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The complete list of the countries considered tax havens can be found in ordinance <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">no. 150\/2004<\/mark>, however, note that Andorra has already been removed from the list, according to ordinance <a href=\"https:\/\/dre.pt\/dre\/detalhe\/portaria\/309-a-2020-152637737\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">no. 309-A\/2020<\/mark><\/a>.
