The digital archive, in essence, is a more effective way of storing important documents for companies, facilitating management and optimizing processes. Through the digital archive, it is possible to group all the information of a company in a single location, regardless of sector or department.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the benefits of the Digital Archive?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>One of the many benefits that digital archiving brings is related to the inherent increase in <strong>productivity<\/strong>, since the necessary information is located in an easily accessible place. In addition, another very important benefit is related to the <strong>security <\/strong>of the files, since it is possible to create backups in order to guarantee that nothing is lost in case of breakdowns or defects. The <strong>organisation <\/strong>is another important point to which the digital archive brings added value, since the documents can be organised according to the needs of each company or organisation. <strong>Accessibility <\/strong>is perhaps the most obvious benefit, since the most important documents are just a few clicks away.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the law say?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dre.pt\/dre\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/28-2019-119622094\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\" style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\">Decree Law<\/mark><\/a> 28\/2019 allows fiscally relevant documents, such as invoices, transport documents, receipts, among others, to be stored digitally.
